由上海松江假日酒店酒店金牌行政總廚親自指導，課程著重互動教學，制作中西式蛋糕、甜品與茶點。小學員們可把他們在課程中所創作的美食帶回家跟至親們分享。在這里，不僅可以親手制作自己喜歡的食物，酒店大廚更在現場結合實際，教授各種食材的英文詞匯，既學廚藝，又練英文，真是一舉兩得。
